The building is of very good standing and situated in a nice area (Monceau parc). The apartment is of good quality, spacious and pleasant. ***************** 28/05/08 I traveled with five other individuals to Paris and we rented the Apartment Mederic for a week. This worked out quite well as it's much cheaper to do a rental for a week than for each of us to pay for hotels. I believe I'd recommend this apartment to others. The apartment worked just fine for our use. There are three bedrooms and a couch that can be used as a bed. The kitchen is small but well stocked with the usual items. There is only one toilet but two bathrooms - one with a tub and one with a shower. The key for us was location. The 17e was a great location for a week's stay - mostly occupied by business men and women, there were many local bakeries, shops, and grocery stores for our needs. We didn't pay huge prices, as it wasn't really a tourist location for night stays. This fit really well in our budget. Additionally this worked well as there was access to free highspeed internet, so a few of us that had to do some work on our holiday had ready access with our laptops. The neighborhood is quite safe, and very quiet at night. ***************** We had a wonderful stay in Méderic apartment. It was warm and comfortable and plenty of room for our 4 children. Good location. Respectable area close to metro, grocery shops and bakery. A second toilet would have been great but overall we felt we got good value for money. ***************** Appartement bien situé très agréable et silencieux. Peter Rohde ***************** 12/12/2009 The staff were excellent to deal with especially since we did not receive the documents with instructions prior to our departure. So that made it a little troublesome upon arrival however the staff were friendly and helpful and it was sorted out to our satisfaction. The apartment was very nicely laid out just as we expeceted. ***************** |
