The 3 rooms apartment covers 50m² recently redecorated and nicely laid out. It is fully furbished and equipped to receive 6 people. The rooms are as follow : One room with a double bed, one room with bunk beds, a living room with a sofa bed for two. The kitchenette opens on the living room. Rooms are bright and airy due to the many generous windows. The apartment is accessible through a paved courtyard secured from the street by a digital entrance code. It is on the third floor and overlooks the courtyard. No elevator.

Porte Saint Martin Area

Located on the south side of the 10th arrondissement, the apartment is 200m from the Porte Saint Martin and the 3rd arrondissement limit. Ten minutes walk heading east and you will find yourself on the Canal Saint Martin banks. Heading south you are 15 minutes walk from the Centre Georges Pompidou and "le Marais district", close to river Seine and Le Louvre Museum. A walk in a westerly direction will bring you on the "Grands Boulevards" with the famous "Grands Magasins" and their well known perfume shops . With the Porte Saint Martin on the corner and Place de la République 5 minutes away, the flat is central and allows easy access to the whole city.
