The apartment has view of the roofs of eastern Paris and an inner patio. Thanks to its separated location it is very calm but also luminous. It was especially designed to be rented to holiday makers and is ideal for 4 people, although also a 5th one will find enough room in the 35m² apartment. In fact the flat has a double bed (140x200cm) in the sleeping room, a double folding sofa (140x190cm) as well as a studio couch (80x190cm). In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a stove, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker and all things you may need to cook and eat. The bathroom has a washing bowl, a shower and WC.
