Appartement très bien situé avec de nombreux services aux alentours incluant une épicerie sur le coin de rue, boulangerie-traiteur, bureau de poste et métro Arts et métiers à quelques pas, joliment décoré, literie de qualité, machine à laver et sèche-linge très pratique, assez agréable pour y prendre ses repas, sécuritaire quatre serrures avant d'accéder à l'appartement, haut de plafond, départ facilité en laissant la clé sur place, petit kit de survie apprécié, appartement bien chauffé, facilité de paiement sans caution nettement un plus. Comme je suis satisfait à 95 %, je retournerais pour un autre séjour l'hiver avec les fenêtres fermées.

The appartment was in a great location and the pictures shown online matched the reality. The key handling was ease once the location of the office was close by the appartment as well. We had a great stay.
