The Apartment Paris season's :

Low season: from the begeninng of November until the end of March (except end of the year) (3 nights minimum stay)
Mid season: from the end of March until the beginning of November (4 nights minimum stay)
High season: End of the Year (5 nights minimum stay)
 

Is it possible to rent for a short term in Paris ?

Apartment Paris accept the short stay booking (2 & 3 nights) 2 weeks prior to arrival.
100% of the payment have to be paid when you made your short stay booking.

 

The rates include the following service :

- Final housekeeping and linen provided, (inclusive cost betwenn 40 & 80 €)

 - Accomodation charges,

 - Gaz & electricity,

- Internet and Tv Cable (in some apartments, free internet connection but not garanteed)

- Assistance 7/7, 24/24

- Insurance and civil liability,

- Prices include Vat and Tourist Tax.

- One key (and 20€ for additional keys)

How to know the exact Price?

The indicated price is in "Low season" for 2 people. All dates and prices are subject to confirmation
The prices are decreasing when the stay is longer. (weekly and monthly prices)
